| On 14th of April 2009 Sri Lankans living in Moscow participated special ceremony to contribute funds to the Api Wenuwen Api Fund in Sri Lanka. Ambassador Udayanga Weeratunga contributed 7500 US $ and on the same day another two Sri Lankans contributed another 15000 US$. And the other reason is this reception was organized on the eve of Sri Lankan New Year. | ||
| Speaking on this reception Ambassador Udayanga Weeratunga appreciated all efforts of Sri Lankan for the contribution for the Api Wenuwen Api Fund. | ||
