Consular Department
Consular Department provides safeguarding of peace and security of Sri Lankan citizens in the territory of Russia. Consular Department issues entrance visa to Sri Lanka, passports to Sri Lankan citizens, who are living in the Russian Federation, legalizes all kind of documents which is intended for using in the territory of Sri Lanka, registers acts of civil status (marriage, births, etc.)
