Registration at the Embassy
For the Embassy registration and to be listed in the Unified Register of Tour Operators Dealing with Sri Lanka any travel company should provide the Embassy with the following documents:
| 1. | Certificate that a copmany listed in the Unified State Companies Register (from a Tax Inspection) (copy attested with signature and company’s seal) | 1 copy |
| 2. | Certificate that a copmany listed in the Unified State Tour Operators Register (copy attested with signature and company’s seal) | 1 copy |
| 3. | Tourist vaucher (origin) | 1 copy |
| 4. | List of itineraries on the company’s letter head (with signature and company’s seal) | 1 copy |
| 5. | Catalogue of Sri Lanka destination (if avaliable) | 1 copy |
| 6. | Questionnaire (download) | 1 copy |
| 7. | Covering letter on the company’s letter head | 2 copies |
Embassy will issue a Certificate of registration after the documents to be considered.
